<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You will work collaboratively with a vibrant Diverse Learning team and College teaching staff to ensure the best learning experiences for diverse learning students. You'll be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li>
<li>understand and cater for the diverse needs of students who require individual, classroom and community support in a range of learning environments</li>
<li>understand and work with NCCD processes to ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements</li>
<li>work collaboratively with classroom teachers in all learning environments, making appropriate interventions for students, at the point of need</li>
<li>collaborate as a team member with Diverse Learning teachers to provide education support for identified students</li>
<li>be organised, supportive and resourceful</li>
<li>contribute to a culture of continuous learning</li>
<li>support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students</li>
<li>develop strong interpersonal relationships and positive partnerships with students and staff</li>
<li>integrate technology across a range of applications</li>
<li>bring a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.</li>
