THE ROLE The role of the Administration Assistant is to provide clerical support to Teachers, Students and the Administration Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily school activities at the Wagga Wagga Christian College. Other duties as requested by the Office Manager.

<p><i><strong>Core Requirements:</strong></i></p> <p>The Administration Officer must demonstrate that at a minimum they:</p> <ul> <li>Are a committed Christian, who supports the College’s Statement of Faith</li> <li>Have an active commitment to a bible-based church&nbsp;</li> <li>Certificate III in Office Management or Business Administration or relevant experience</li> <li>Have a current Working With Children Check</li> <li>First Aid qualified (this role requires completion of a current first aid certificate) or willingness to undertake this.</li> <li>Conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the College Code of Conduct, modelling Christian maturity to the College community</li> <li>Highest commitment to privacy and confidentiality</li> <li>High level skills in – Microsoft Office Suite&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent literacy, accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with parents, staff and students – a welcome face to the College</li> </ul>
