Stella Maris Catholic Primary School, Beaumaris is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Learner Diversity Leader for a part time (0.4/0.5 FTE) opportunity commencing in Term 2, 2026.

<p><strong>The</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Role</strong></p> <p>Stella Maris Catholic Primary School is seeking a passionate and committed Learning Diversity Leader (LDL) to support and enhance inclusive practices across our school community. This part-time leadership role is integral to ensuring all students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, are supported to flourish in a faith-filled environment.</p> <p>Working in partnership with the leadership team, the LDL will lead whole-school approaches to inclusion, support teachers in planning and implementing differentiated programs, and oversee NCCD processes and Personalised Learning Plans (including Parent Support Group meetings) . The role also includes building staff capacity through coaching and professional learning, and working closely with Learning Support Officers to maximise student outcomes.</p> <p>Please note that this part-time role, &nbsp;maybe negotiable between 0.4 and 0.5.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong><br> You are an enthusiastic and passionate educator who is committed to an inclusive education and the mission of Catholic schooling.
