The School is widely recognised for academic excellence, a lived and visible Christian faith, and a deeply embedded culture of care that shapes learning, relationships and community life.</p> <p>The Head of Development &amp; Strategy is a newly created position that reports to the Principal and is a key member of the Senior Executive Team, contributing to whole-school strategy, leadership and decision-making.</p> <p>The Head of Development &amp; Strategy provides executive leadership across strategy, innovation, technology and community-facing portfolios in a collaborative and future-focused manner. The role integrates enrolments, marketing, communications, philanthropy and ICT to strengthen the School’s brand, growth and sustainability.
