Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the full-time position of Deputy Principal incorporating an Educational Leadership Role and an Administrative Role, to commence on 4th May 2026. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. Experience in a leadership role in a Catholic school is critical. A post graduate qualification is desirable. The successful applicant will have a strong personal faith commitment and the ability to promote and enhance the catholic identity of the school. The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities to work as a collaborative team member. It is essential the successful applicant has well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to model exemplary leadership dispositions. A strong understanding of curriculum, student data and technology is imperative. The successful applicant will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration. St Mary's has zero tolerance for child abuse.
