We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Learning Support Officers who are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, understands the importance of inclusion, and is passionate about supporting every child to feel safe, confident and capable in their learning.

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>This role will include providing in-class support, assisting with the implementation of personalised learning plans, supporting small group and individual learning, and contributing to a calm and productive learning environment.</p>
<p><strong>Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To provide a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and young people;</li>
<li>To support the learning, engagement and inclusion of students through in-class assistance and targeted small group or individual support;</li>
<li>To work collaboratively with teachers to implement personalised learning plans and appropriate adjustments;</li>
<li>To build positive, respectful relationships with students, fostering confidence, independence and a sense of belonging;</li>
<li>To support the social and emotional development of students, using consistent and proactive strategies aligned with whole-school approaches;</li>
<li>To assist in creating a safe, calm and productive learning environment;</li>
<li>To observe and provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and engagement;</li>
<li>To maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with students, staff and families;</li>
<li>To contribute positively to the school community and uphold the values and ethos of the school.</li>
