We are seeking a highly organised, professional and relational Office Manager / Enrolments Officer to join our school community. This is a key leadership role responsible for the effective management of the school office and enrolment processes, while contributing to a welcoming, efficient and faith-filled environment.
The successful applicant will actively witness the vision and values of Catholic education, leading the administrative team and ensuring high-quality service to students, families and staff.
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Office Manager / Enrolments Officer is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the day-to-day operations of the school office</li>
<li>Managing administrative systems and ensuring compliance (SIMON, Synergetic, eSIS, ICON)</li>
<li>Overseeing student records, attendance processes and general administration</li>
<li>Coordinating all enrolment processes from enquiry to commencement</li>
<li>Supporting the Principal and Leadership Team with administrative and operational needs</li>
<li>Supervising and supporting administration staff, including induction and ongoing development</li>
<li>Managing communication platforms (SIMON Everywhere, PAM, email) and supporting school communications</li>
<li>Acting as the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience</li>
<li>Coordinating administrative support for school events and activities (e.g. parent interviews, school photos)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Enrolments Focus</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage enrolment enquiries, applications, interviews and offers</li>
<li>Coordinate Foundation enrolments, including information sessions and community promotion</li>
<li>Maintain accurate enrolment databases, waitlists and records</li>
<li>Liaise with families and leadership to support smooth transition into the school</li>

<p><strong>Salary and Conditions</strong><br>
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the <i>Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022</i>, with this position classified as a <strong>Category B Education Support Employee – Level 3</strong>.</p>
