<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As Assistant Principal, you will lead teaching excellence, foster staff development, and build a strong school community. You will need excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements of the role:</strong></p>

<li>postgraduate or Master's in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education</li>
<li>ability to drive a high-performance, improvement-focused school culture</li>
<li>ability to lead with Gospel values and contribute to the Church's mission</li>
<li>experience in overseeing staff induction, development, and performance</li>
<li>promotes religious leadership and parish partnerships</li>
<li>ability to lead effective teaching and learning strategies</li>
<li>skilled at strengthening school and system-wide networks</li>
<li>the requirements of <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><u>Category E</u></a> in the <i>Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead </i>or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term</li>
<li>experience or qualifications in gifted education (desirable)</li>
<li>EAL/D experience (desirable).</li>
