Each coming year, the College will increase an additional year level, through to Year 12. The College is a project of the Parents for Education (PARED) Victoria Foundation and is founded on the principles that parents are the primary educators of their children, and that schools exist to support parents in this role. This support is found in the quality of the academic curriculum, in the way that staff work with students and parents in a unique mentoring program, in the emphasis on character development and virtues in the curriculum, and in the concern that staff and peer example are fully positive and supportive of parents. The personalised system of education at PARED Schools ensures that each child is encouraged to become the best person he or she can be. It facilitates the partnership between parents and school to ensure the children receive a holistic and efficacious education. The College is fully committed to providing a child safe environment and ensuring the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students in accordance with Ministerial Order 1359, Child Safe Standards. We maintain a zero tolerance approach to child abuse and embed child safety in our leadership, governance, recruitment and everyday practices. Staff embrace this philosophy and provide a caring and supportive environment for all children where they are empowered and feel safe. Staff are a role model of virtue and actively contribute to the character formation of each one of their students. All staff are expected to actively support the school’s Christian ethos and the school’s Mission and Vision Statements and values.
