<p>This role has a strong focus on student academic wellbeing, learning engagement and support, with particular responsibility for students in Years 10–12. Working closely with the Head of the Senior School and the Deputy Head of the Senior School – Student Management, the Deputy Head – Academic Care plays a pivotal role in ensuring students are supported to achieve their academic potential within a culture of high expectations, care and consistency.</p> <p>This position attracts a generous teaching salary (commensurate with accreditation and experience) and a Leadership allowance and will be offered as an initial three-year leadership appointment, with the possibility of extension.</p> <p>For further details please visit our website</p>
