Loreto Toorak is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Business. This is a full time, ongoing position. Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, with some flexibility required to attend committee meetings commencing at 7:30am throughout the year. The position is required to operate during school holiday periods.

Operating within a fast‑paced environment, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for the professional, efficient and confidential management of a wide range of administrative, office coordination and executive support functions. This is a full time, ongoing position.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role requires the highest level of discretion and professionalism, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times. The Personal Assistant will also support the Director in their capacity as Company Secretary, assisting with School Board and corporate governance requirements, including the preparation and distribution of Board agendas and papers.</p> <p>Utilising well‑developed stakeholder engagement skills, the successful candidate will build and maintain positive, respectful and effective relationships with staff, parents, students and members of the broader School community.</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will bring proven experience providing high‑level executive support, including working with a Board of Directors or School Board. Experience in managing or coordinating teams will be highly regarded.</p> <p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, including demonstrated experience in minute‑taking, along with a collaborative and customer‑service‑focused approach. A strong commitment to actively supporting the School’s mission, values and strategic goals in all interactions is critical to success in this role.</p> <p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including calendar and email management, is essential. Experience using Diligent or similar governance software will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.</p> <p>Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, with some flexibility required to attend committee meetings commencing at 7:30am throughout the year.
