<p>Established in 2004, Key College – Chapel School is a coeducational specialist school supporting students in Years 9-12. </p>
<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a secondary Generalist Teacher on a full-time or part-time maximum term basis until the end of Term 4 2026. </p>
<p>We know teaching young people with complex needs requires comprehensive support. You'll work alongside student support youth workers, psychologists and counsellors, and admin support who are part of your daily team. This foundation of safety and collaboration means you can focus on teaching while others provide wellbeing and crisis support. You're here to deliver education with flexibility that responds to each student's needs—and we've built the wraparound support that makes that possible. </p>
<p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work with young people who have been marginalised in previous schools</li>
<li>An understanding of the principles that underpin a child safe organisation including mandatory child protection procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capacity to respect and work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people of diverse cultural backgrounds.</li>
<li>Additional experience in outdoor recreation, performing arts, creative arts, sport, fitness or other extra curricula activities are desirable qualities.</li>
<li>An accredited four year undergraduate teaching degree. </li>
<li>Current registration with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li>
<li>Science/Numeracy experience preferred or willingness to teach these subjects.</li>
