Student Coach (Teacher Aide)

<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Primary Student Coach with a particular interest in supporting our Prep students. The successful applicant will work within our early years classrooms working collaboratively with classroom and specialist teachers. The student coach is assigned to support specific teachers, classes and students according to the needs of the school and, where possible, in line with the individual’s strengths, interests and need for challenge. The student coach will assist in delivering and supporting targeted literacy intervention programs, including MiniLit and MacqLit, to help students improve their reading and literacy skills and small group EALD programs.</p> <p>The Student Coach position is offered as a maximum-term, part-time (Monday to Friday – 8.15am to 3.15pm), term-time (plus staff professional development days) role, commencing Term 2, 2026 (Monday, 20 April 2026).</p> <p>At Living Faith, staff relate to students, parents, and colleagues in ways that reflect and uphold the Christian ethos of our school.
