Student Wellbeing Coach (Teacher Aide)
<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Student Wellbeing coach who works in collaboration with the Student Wellbeing team. The Student Wellbeing coach is assigned to support the Student Wellbeing teachers and students according to the needs of the school and, where possible, in line with the individual’s strengths, interests and need for challenge. The Student Wellbeing Coach will assist in delivering and supporting targeted literacy intervention programs, including MiniLit and MacqLit, to help students improve their reading and literacy skills and small group EALD programs.</p>
<p>The Student Wellbeing Coach position is offered as a maximum-term, part-time (Monday to Friday – 8.15am to 3.15pm), term-time (plus staff professional development days) role, commencing Term 2, 2026 (Monday, 20 April 2026).</p>
