<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://www.seek.com.au/Nominated-Supervisor-jobs/in-Wattle-Grove-NSW-2173" rel="nofollow">Wattle Grove, Sydney NSW</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.seek.com.au/Nominated-Supervisor-jobs/full-time" rel="nofollow">Full time</a></p> <p>$90,000 – $95,000 per year</p> <p>🌟 We’re Hiring: Nominated Supervisor&nbsp;</p> <p>Our early learning service is seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team in the roles of <strong>Nominated Supervisor.&nbsp;</strong> If you are committed to providing high-quality education and care and creating meaningful learning experiences for children, we would love to hear from you!</p> <p>About us:</p> <ul> <li>Location: Wattle Grove, NSW</li> <li>45 place service</li> <li>4 rooms and two outdoor spaces</li> </ul> <p>Position 1: Nominated Supervisor</p> <p><strong>Remuneration:</strong> 90K+ per year, (plus superannuation), negotiable based on experience and KPIs, plus bonus incentives based on performance</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strong leadership and management of the service</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant state regulations</li> <li>Oversee daily operations, staffing, enrolments, resources, and running of the service</li> <li>Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality educational programs and care</li> <li>Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community</li> <li>Ensure a safe, inclusive, child safe and stimulating learning environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or higher)</li> <li>Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education (1+ years experience in this role or similar)</li> <li>5+ years experience in the early childhood education and care industry.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations, and National Quality Standards</li> <li>Current Working With Children Check, Child protection and child safe training</li> <li>Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma &amp; Anaphylaxis certification</li> <li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li> </ul>
