The successful candidates will deliver high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning and development.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)</li> <li>Observe, assess and document children's learning and development</li> <li>Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues</li> <li>Work collaboratively with educators and management</li> <li>Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved or equivalent)</li> <li>Working With Children Check, Child safe training,&nbsp;</li> <li>Nesa registration&nbsp;</li> <li>Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification</li> <li>Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs for children aged 0-6, following EYLF guidelines.</li> <li>Minimum 1 year experience working within the National Quality Framework (NQF)</li> <li>Leadership skills preferred or willingness to develop into leadership roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li> <li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li> <li>Opportunities for career progression</li> <li>Experienced leadership team providing mentoring and support</li> </ul>
