<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p>
<p>St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Blayney is seeking an Assistant Principal to join the senior leadership team to support the faith, inclusion and academic excellence of the school community. </p>

<li>Provide leadership in religious education, ensuring faith development is integral to school life.</li>

<li>Support, mentor, and develop teachers and middle leaders to foster professional growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate on school-wide strategic planning, resource management, and community engagement.</li>
<li>Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school culture that values every member of the community.</li>

<li>Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation to teach in NSW. </li>
<li>Accreditation to Teach and Lead (Category E) or equivalent.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success as an accomplished teacher with high standards for learning.</li>
<li>Proven leadership in faith formation, education, and staff development.</li>
<li>Experience building effective partnerships with families and parishes.</li>
<li>Ability to use data and research to inform continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.</li>
<li>A strong commitment to Catholic values and the mission of the Church.</li>
