We are looking for a passionate <strong>Learning Growth and Assessment Lead (P-6)</strong> who brings innovative ideas.<br><br>
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and forward-thinking educator with a strong foundation in assessment, data literacy and evidence-based practice. They will bring deep expertise in high-impact teaching strategies and demonstrate a proven ability to coach, mentor and influence colleagues to drive consistent instructional improvement. With a collaborative and strategic mindset, the ideal candidate will confidently lead assessment design, data analysis and instructional decision-making across P-6, fostering a culture where data informs practice and every student's growth is clearly visible. They will be energised by the opportunity to shape whole-school approaches to learning growth and will thrive in a role that blends leadership, innovation and hands-on support for teachers.<br><br>

<li>Experienced and highly capable classroom teacher (P-6).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to use data to inform and refine teaching practice.</li>
<li>Proven instructional coaching experience or strong readiness to lead adult learning.</li>
<li>Deep pedagogical knowledge, and balanced approach particularly in literacy, numeracy and through guided inquiry.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of drivers of continuous improvement and student growth.</li>
<li>High-level organisational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capability.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
