Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) is seeking a passionate EAL educator to make a difference for linguistic and culturally diverse students in our schools.

<p>Education Officer (EAL)</p> <p>Part-time (0.4 FTE) | 12-month contract | Flexible work options available<br> Based in Western Victoria – may be combined with a school-based role</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Education Officer (EAL) plays a key role in supporting DOBCEL’s mission to pursue <i>fullness of life for all</i>, aligned with the DOBCEL Strategy 2035.</p> <p>Working collaboratively with schools, the Learning and Teaching Team, and the Leader: Learning and Teaching, this part-time position focuses on improving learning outcomes for culturally and linguistically diverse students.</p> <p>The role supports schools to strengthen inclusive practices, build teacher capability, and enhance educational opportunities for all learners.
