You will support staff in implementing curriculum initiatives, applying innovative instructional practices, and maintaining high standards of student wellbeing and behaviour. This role involves guiding program development, supporting teachers through coaching and feedback, coordinating departmental processes, and contributing to the school’s annual improvement goals.
