<ul> <li>Industry leading benefits package</li> <li>Excellent resources and development opportunities</li> <li>Staff wellness programs and wellness committee</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are currently seeking Casual Early Childhood Educator who, under the direction of the Centre leaders, will assist in implementing a out of school hours care program catering to the individual needs of each child within a group setting.&nbsp;</p> <p>Early Childhood Educators play a crucial role at the College, with each day offering a variety-filled and dynamic experience.&nbsp;</p> <p>Primary duties include supervising and interacting with the children, setting up activities, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all at our Centre.</p> <p>We have varied casual hours available to support our centre as required, including mornings, afternoons, and vacations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Ideal for university students currently undertaking an Education or Early Childhood degree and are seeking practical, hands-on experience alongside their studies.</p> <p><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You will hold:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent); or&nbsp;</li> <li>Currently be studying Early Childhood related qual;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Current Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate or ability to obtain;&nbsp;</li> <li>Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management Training or ability to obtain;&nbsp;</li> <li>Valid Blue Card or the ability to successfully obtain;&nbsp;</li> <li>Accredited Child Protection Training.</li> </ul> <p>We will consider both new to industry and experienced candidates.
