The position is for three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (with some flexibility if required).</p> <p><strong>Key Selection Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education</li> <li>A commitment to Child Safety including the efficient implementation of related procedures and record keeping</li> <li>Previous experience in administration essential, and if in finance, highly regarded, ideally in a school setting</li> <li>Well-developed organisation, planning and coordination skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and to handle multiple demands effectively and efficiently in a team based environment</li> <li>Proficient user of IT systems and programs as outlined in the attached Role Description</li> <li>Excellent communication skills including: <ul> <li>the capacity to communicate effectively with all members of the school community, in a friendly manner, with an attention to detail;</li> <li>ability to work effectively as part of a team demonstrating, flexibility, emotional intelligence and bringing a sense of positivity to the school;</li> <li>excellent interpersonal skills</li> </ul></li> <li>Demonstrated ability to attend to the key functions of the role description.</li> </ul> <p>Please refer to the <strong>position description</strong> attached.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
