<h4>Workforce Planning Analyst</h4> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid - World Square, CBD and WFH <br><strong>Start Date:</strong> Tuesday, 27 January 2026 <br><strong>Application Closing Date:</strong> Wednesday, 21 January 2026 <br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time, Temporary (12-month contract)<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br> The<strong> Workforce Planning Analyst</strong> is responsible for providing professional support in the operation of Sydney Catholic Schools' (SCS) staffing and census function through professional advice, assistance and operational support to schools and central office teams on a range of staffing allocation and reporting matters.<br><br> The Workforce Planning Analyst (internally called Census and Staffing Analyst) is required to perform tasks that include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>assisting in preparation for each Census period through preparation of guidelines, workshops, intranet notices and requirements for Special Circumstances application</li> <li>preparing and provision of census reporting and data internally and externally as required</li> <li>designing structures and models to support the needs of the business</li> <li>providing issues management and support, responding to emerging issues to ensure effective resolution with minimal risk to the organisation</li> <li>assisting in the preparation for the bi-annual staffing process, including online surveys, communications to principals, preparation of meetings and reporting for the Regional and Archdiocesan Schools' Staffing Committees</li> <li>assisting principals in the reconciliation of staffing allocations</li> <li>all other responsibilities listed in the job description, and tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Work for Sydney Catholic Schools</strong><br><br> Joining <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/">Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS)</a> means being part of NSW's largest Catholic education community, with over 145 schools and 74,000 students.
