<p>We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and passionate Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to lead our Catholic College’s After School Care, Vacation Care and potentially Before School Care services.</p> <p>The successful applicant must possess leadership skills, communicate effectively and work with the principal and leadership team of the College.</p> <p>Essential&nbsp;Criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Diploma&nbsp;in&nbsp;Early&nbsp;Childhood&nbsp;Education&nbsp;and&nbsp;Care&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent</li> <li>Current&nbsp;First&nbsp;Aid,&nbsp;Asthma&nbsp;and&nbsp;Anaphylaxis&nbsp;or&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;obtain</li> <li>Ochre&nbsp;Card&nbsp;or&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to obtain</li> <li>Mandatory&nbsp;Reporting&nbsp;and&nbsp;Safeguarding&nbsp;Essentials&nbsp;Certificates&nbsp;or&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;obtain</li> <li>Commitment&nbsp;to&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;and&nbsp;contributing&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Catholic&nbsp;Ethos</li> </ul> <p>Desirable Criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;National&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Framework,&nbsp;National&nbsp;Law&nbsp;and&nbsp;National&nbsp;Regulations, including compliance</li> <li>Knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;and&nbsp;implementation&nbsp;of&nbsp;My&nbsp;Time&nbsp;Our&nbsp;Place&nbsp;Framework.</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;providing&nbsp;quality outside&nbsp;school&nbsp;care&nbsp;programs&nbsp;and&nbsp;assessments that meet the needs, interests and abilities of children 5 - 12 years</li> <li>Demonstrated&nbsp;effective&nbsp;team&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;skills</li> <li>Management&nbsp;and&nbsp;organisation&nbsp;skills</li> <li>Flexible&nbsp;and&nbsp;approachable</li> </ul> <p>Salary&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;based&nbsp;on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;and&nbsp;qualifications.&nbsp;Commencement&nbsp;date&nbsp;27.1.26</p>
