Wenona is seeking a Voice Tutor to inspire young women, developing singing and music skills through high-quality practice.

<p>Wenona is seeking a Voice Tutor to join our Performing Arts Faculty. You will help develop and inspire our young women by supporting their singing and music skills in the classroom and beyond through a commitment to high performance.</p> <p>Wenona aims to encourage, challenge, extend and nurture each student in a way that allows her to achieve her full potential. To achieve this, Wenona prides itself on attracting intelligent, inspiring and motivated employees who serve to role model strong, positive relationships and is committed to fostering an environment where all staff are passionate about refining their skills and pursuing a love of learning.</p> <p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <ul> <li>Teach a wide range of singing styles, with a strong foundation in classical technique.</li> <li>Manage the behaviour of students from Year 5 to Year 12.</li> <li>Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Teach weekly voice lessons to students, including before school, during and after-school teaching times.</li> <li>Teach the AMEB Syllabus and prepare and enter students in AMEB Singing examinations.</li> <li>A commitment to pastoral care and meeting the social and emotional wellbeing needs of students.</li> </ul> <p>This is an ongoing casual position, commencing Term 1 2026.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will bring relevant experience and passion within signing and music. The role requires excellent communication skills, especially engaging with various stakeholders including students, parents and staff. You will be highly organised, dealing and should also have the desire and passion to engage and support a variety of students within the classroom, overseeing Years 5 -12 in private lessons.
