We invite parents, caregivers, and students to discover a Catholic education delivered with care and compassion, available through our Kindergarten to Year 12 pathways. &nbsp;</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong> &nbsp;</p> <p>As a <strong>Digital Enablement Learning Partner</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning across Catholic Schools Broken Bay. With a mission grounded in creating positive outcomes for students and enriching our school communities, we proudly support 45 primary and secondary schools across Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches and the Central Coast, educating more than 17,000 young people. In this role, you will champion the strategic use of digital technologies to elevate student achievement, engagement and inclusion. Through collaboration and coaching, you will empower teachers and students to confidently use current and emerging digital tools, ensuring equitable access to high quality learning experiences. You will also contribute thought leadership and practical expertise to system-wide strategies spanning curriculum, assessment, pedagogy, wellbeing and workload optimisation. Working closely with system leaders, school teams, CSBB workstreams and external partners, you will help drive improved teaching quality and embed innovative, efficient practices aligned with local and system priorities. Central to your success will be an overtly respectful, caring and optimistic approach, one that is solution-focused and committed to enabling and uplifting others in every interaction.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This temporary part-time position (0.8 FTE) can be negotiated across 1 x 0.8 FTE role or 2 x 0.4 FTE roles. Workdays can be negotiated with preferred candidate(s); however, Wednesday is a preferred day of work. This role would suit someone looking for flexibility, a reduced workload, or looking to work in both a school and system role in part-time capacities.</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>Applications will be reviewed from 19 January 2026, with interviews for shortlisted candidates scheduled for the first week of February 2026.</strong></i>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Promotes inclusive, safe, ethical and positive learning environments both digital and physical through professional dialogue and modelling of best practice.&nbsp;</li> <li>Brings passion and subject matter expertise to the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Commits to ongoing learning to act as a key point of reference in the strategic use of current and emerging technologies in education.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborates with Learning Partners across CSBB workstreams to identify and present opportunities for improving systems and processes, with a focus on learning and empowerment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collects and analyses data to inform future initiatives and guide strategic resource allocation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identifies and leverages partnerships to promote innovative and authentic uses of technology that add value to learning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Facilitates professional learning communities and networking opportunities for innovators and change leaders across CSBB to strengthen practice and build local capability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Creates and facilitates learning experiences and self-help resources to support staff and student learning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintains quality documentation to support the effective use of educational tools, platforms and best practice processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contributes to the shared responsibility of safeguarding students by upholding professional boundaries and meeting duty of care legislative requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other duties as required by the DE Learning Lead.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos &amp;
