<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Classroom Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student discovers and achieves their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. You will be responsible for working as part of a team to create a welcoming, safe and supportive learning environment to meet the particular learning needs of the students enrolled.<br><br>
To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>uphold and model the Catholic mission and values of the school</li>
<li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress and growth</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences</li>
<li>demonstrate an ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences</li>
<li>provide evidence of a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation</li>
<li>provide Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><strong>Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.</strong></a></li>
