The Business Manager is a key member of the College leadership team and is responsible to the Principal for the organisation, execution, and management of non-teaching services at the school. The Business Manager is also a senior collaborator with other CSBB leaders and is active in all system wide initiatives to improve the planning and management of resources.

<p>Mater Maria Catholic College, Warriewood is currently seeking an energetic and passionate&nbsp;<strong>School Business Manager.</strong>&nbsp;The successful candidates will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.</p> <p>Reporting directly to the Principal, the&nbsp;School Business Manager&nbsp;is a vital member of the College leadership team. You will be an innovative self-starter with a broad interest across a range of business facets and you will have experience managing and leading a team. To be successful you will also:</p> <ul> <li>Support the ethos of Catholic Education</li> <li>Possess a high level of knowledge of accounting, finance, business acumen and strategic planning.</li> <li>Experience using financial applications to support efficient decision making.</li> <li>Experience in asset management procedures and processes.</li> <li>Understanding and application of facilities management.</li> <li>Understanding of governance and compliance</li> <li>Experience of current state and national Work, Health &amp; Safety requirements, and legislation.</li> <li>Understanding of the return on investment in relation to school promotion strategy and increased enrolments.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in management and supervision of a multi-disciplined team such as administrative staff, facilities teams, suppliers and contractors.</li> <li>Possess a high degree of initiative and creative problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us</strong><br><br> We are Catholic Schools Broken Bay, a vibrant and enriching learning environment that spans the Central Coast, Sydney's Northern Beaches and the North Shore.
