We are seeking a suitably experienced Administration Officer – Inclusion Support to join our College Inclusion team on a full-time, ongoing basis.<br><br>
This role provides high-quality administrative support to the Inclusion team and contributes to programs that help all students access the learning adjustments they require. Working under the Campus Inclusion Support Leader and Administration Team Leader – Inclusion, you will use sound judgement, strong organisation and attention to detail to support general and intervention programs across the College.<br><br>
The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</strong><br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>Providing a broad range of administrative support for students under the NCCD, new arrivals, refugees, EAL, ATSI and emergency planning requirements.</li>
<li>Organising, attending, minuting, and securely storing records for Student Support Group meetings.</li>
<li>Managing calendars and distributing meeting documentation in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Preparing and updating Learning Support Officer timetables, and coordinating LSO support for classes, SACs, exams, excursions, camps and other activities.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate databases for student progress, disability adjustments and individual student profiles, including SIMON updates, common goals and PLPs.</li>
<li>Coordinating administration tasks associated with SACs and VCAA Special Provisions.</li>
<li>Acting as the Purchasing Officer for the Learning Inclusion area.</li>
<li>Recording lesson outcomes for monitoring and evaluation of student programs.</li>
<li>Liaising with students, families, staff and service providers, maintaining clear communication and accurate records.</li>
<li>Supporting a calm and caring environment for students with additional needs, under teacher direction.</li>
<li>Other duties as directed by the Director of Learning Inclusion Support, Executive Team or Principal.</li>

<li>Strong competency with Microsoft programs and the ability to manage and interpret data.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and strong time management.</li>
<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>The capacity to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external services.</li>
<li>An understanding of the NCCD (advantageous).</li>
<li>Certificate III in Education Support (desirable but not required).</li>
<li>A commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion.</li>
<li>Alignment with the values and ethos of Catholic education.</li>
