<p>St Anthony of Padua Catholic College is a K-12 state-of-the-art Kindergarten to Year 12 college that provides opportunities for students to be known, valued and challenged for the 13 years of their formal education and beyond. <p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Learning Support Officer</strong> you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered support within a Catholic learning environment. You will bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>a commitment to Catholic Education, with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students</li>
<li>the ability to provide individualised, targeted and effective feedback to support student improvement</li>
<li>the ability to create a culture of excellence and high expectations through positive support of student learning</li>
<li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li>
<li>the ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li>
<li>the ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li>
<li>a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students</li>
<li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification or currently studying a university degree in education.</li>
