Kindergarten to Year 6 serving the Albion Park Parish with an enrolment of approximately 340 pupils.

<p><strong>Location:</strong> St Paul's Catholic Parish Primary School, Albion Park</p> <p>A temporary part time position commencing 27 January 2026 until 17 December 2026 (working 5 hours per day).</p> <p>This role necessitates a commitment to uphold the mission and objectives of the Catholic School, anchored by the core values of Integrity, Justice, Hope, and Compassion.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p> <p>Include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide First Aid student management &amp; administrative support.</li> <li>Management of First Aid for students in sick bay &amp; maintaining sick bay equipment.</li> <li>Management of excursion resources and communication with supervising staff.</li> <li>Provide student support via the student services counter.</li> <li>Hold a current First Aid Qualification HLTAID011 or higher.</li> <li>Ability to work with limited supervision.</li> </ul> <p>DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in similar primary school/education settings.</li> <li>Familiarity with Tech One, Compass systems and Google platforms (google doc. spreadsheets, slides and google forms)</li> </ul> <p>GENERAL CAPABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Effective organisational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li> <li>Technical competence in relevant technologies.</li> <li>Positive attitude to innovation and change.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Undertake the provision of first aid and administration of medications for students as required.</li> <li>Liaise with parents, visitors, school staff.</li> </ul> <p>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Requires knowledge and training equivalent to completion of certificate III, or completion of year 12 or completion of certificate II, with relevant work experience.</li> <li>Certificate II in Office Procedures or related study/experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated previous experience in a school office environment or similar.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</p> <p>This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.</p> <p>POSITION APPLICATION&nbsp;</p> <p>To submit your application please select the 'Apply Now' button at the bottom of this advertisement.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Closing date: 10 December 2025 at 3pm</strong></p>
