St. Scholastica's Primary School, Burwood is seeking an highly motivated and enthusiastic Music teacher to join our school part time (one day a week on Monday) in 2026.

<p>St. Scholastica's Catholic Primary School located in Burwood is seeking an highly motivated and enthusiastic Music teacher to join our school part time in 2026. The successful applicant will be required to:</p> <ul> <li>demonstrate commitment to the Catholic ethos and be willing to actively support the faith life of the school community.</li> <li>have a thorough understanding of the Victorian Curriculum, particularly in the areas of Music.</li> <li>plan and deliver engaging, Music learning experiences that foster curiosity and creativity.</li> <li>differentiate teaching to cater for the diverse learning needs, abilities and interests of all students.</li> <li>use assessment and data to inform teaching practice and report on student progress in line with the Victorian Curriculum.</li> <li>have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.</li> <li>participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a collaborative school culture focused on continuous improvement.</li> <li>demonstrate understanding of and commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion in accordance with the Child Safe Standards.</li> </ul> <p>St. Scholastica's is committed to the safety, well being and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p> <p>VIT registration</p> <p>Accreditation to teach RE in a Catholic School or willingness to do so.</p>
