<p>An energetic and authentic educator, committed to fostering a deep love of learning in students, you will have a strong personal Christian Faith demonstrating a commitment to Christian teaching practice and be a regular practicing member of a Bible-based Christian church. You will have the ability to integrate an authentic Christian worldview into your classroom teaching and set appropriate academic and behavioural expectations, and to lead others in these areas. You will demonstrate passion for teaching and learning as well as for differentiated learning and assessment that caters to the individual needs of all students.</p> <p>A willingness to be flexible in approaches to learning, including exploring evidence-based and innovative pedagogies and new approaches to the teaching of HSIE is essential.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will have a sound understanding and knowledge of the New South Wales HSIE Curriculum, 7-12.
