St Patrick’s College is an inclusive and supportive school community dedicated to meeting the diverse learning needs of all students. We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Learning Diversity Facilitator to join our Enhanced Learning Team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and deliver programs and supports that enable students with identified learning needs to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. Acting as a key connection between teachers, parents, and support services, you’ll contribute to fostering a culture of empathy, inclusion, and success across the College.
