<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring</p>
<ul>
<li>the ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences to cater for the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>strong classroom management & student well-being focus</li>
<li>expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies</li>
<li>the capacity to devise personal learning plans for students with particular needs to drive progress</li>
<li>knowledge of a repertoire of strategies to support neurodiverse students</li>
<li>experience working in a team</li>
<li>strong communication skills, especially for collaborating with parents</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
