We are a Catholic Coeducational Secondary College with two campuses, set on approximately 20 hectares of beautiful gardens and playing fields. MacKillop is an innovative learning community offering contemporary facilities, a vibrant curriculum and supportive wellbeing programs that are respectful and responsive to the individual needs of approximately 1,730 students from Years 7-12.

<p>Applications are invited from experienced educators, seeking a leadership role within a dynamic Learning Diversity team.</p> <p>Working as part of a team of three Directors, this position will support and oversee a wide range of programs and activities for students who require tailored learning programs to support their academic giftedness, transition, integration, or a specific learning requirement. The Directors of Learning Diversity oversee and mentor a team of dedicated Learning Support Officers (LSOs), ensuring they are effectively utilised in supporting student learning in and outside of the classroom environment.</p> <p>As a key advisor in the development of curriculum adaptations and assessment adjustments, the Directors facilitate collaborative processes between students, educators, and families to build a shared understanding of learning goals and responsibilities. The Directors will jointly oversee the development and implementation of a suite of innovative learning resources to support differentiated practice, lead professional learning, and build staff capacity to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning adjustments.&nbsp;</p> <p>Success in this role requires a strong sense of empathy and sensitivity to ensure all students can experience academic success, develop socially, and achieve outcomes aligned to their individual potential.
