The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Diverse Learning Teacher with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Diverse Learning Department. The role of the Diverse Learning Teacher is focused on supporting students with a diverse range of learning needs (including students with learning difficulties, identified gifted and talented capabilities, disability and EAL/D needs) to access and participate successfully in their learning.

<p><strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong><br><strong>Permanent Full-time</strong></p> <p><strong>Position to start Term 1 2026 (negotiable)</strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Diverse Learning Teacher with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Diverse Learning Department. The role of the Diverse Learning Teacher is focused on supporting students with a diverse range of learning needs (including students with learning difficulties, identified gifted and talented capabilities, disability and EAL/D needs) to access and participate successfully in their learning.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Criteria</strong></p> <p>We are looking for teachers who:</p> <ul> <li>Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li> <li>Design, implement, and monitor Individualised Learning Plans and intervention strategies within the NCCD cyclic process</li> <li>Effectively use data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students.</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with teachers to support diverse learners in the classroom.</li> <li>Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li> <li>Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards related to inclusive education, ensuring continuous improvement in learning support services.</li> <li>Post graduate qualifications in Special Education or Gifted Education</li> </ul> <p>Successful candidates will have:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why St Euphemia College?</strong></p> <p>St Euphemia College is an independent co-educational school from Pre-K to Year 12 in the Orthodox tradition.
