We seek an energetic, strong leader who can:</p> <ul> <li>collaborate with the Executive and senior leadership&nbsp;</li> <li>provide strategic and operational oversight of the St Peters Campus&nbsp;</li> <li>drive innovation to lead student attraction and retention&nbsp;</li> <li>strengthen the Campus connections within the local community&nbsp;</li> <li>promote the Campus within the marketplace.</li> </ul> <p>This role requires demonstrated leadership, active&nbsp;participation, and a strong presence at all College&nbsp;events, activities and community engagement&nbsp;initiatives.<br> The Principal is a member of the College Executive&nbsp;Team which leads Concordia College in all&nbsp;visionary, strategic, management and operational&nbsp;aspects of the life of the College. The Principal is&nbsp;the leader of the Campus Leadership Team where&nbsp;members collaborate over the developments,&nbsp;progress and daily operation of St Peters Campus,&nbsp;bringing the College’s vision and mission to a&nbsp;reality.<br> The Principal has a key role to play in enhancing&nbsp;students’ wellbeing and works closely with<br> staff and parents to support positive student&nbsp;experiences and outcomes.
