<p>At Immanuel Primary School, we are committed to providing a dynamic and supportive learning environment, and technology is key to our mission. We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled ICT Services Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position with the commencement date to be negotiated.</p> <p>The ICT Services Administrator is responsible for the provision, maintenance and ongoing development of School technology including communication infrastructure, network infrastructure, hardware, systems, client devices and support services.&nbsp; They are also responsible for the development of policy, procedure and practices of technology services in conjunction with school leadership.</p> <p>As the ICT Services Administrator, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain all hardware and software across the school, ensuring systems are operational and secure</li> <li>Manage on-premises and virtualized server environments</li> <li>Support the integration of new technologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes</li> <li>Provide Helpdesk Services and team leadership, instilling and encouraging a culture of excellent customer service leading Helpdesk staff and managing the Helpdesk function</li> <li>Develop and implement technology policies, procedures, and best practices in collaboration with school leadership</li> <li>Ensure data security and maintain the integrity of the school's digital environment.</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for a highly capable and collaborative professional with:</p> <ul> <li>A commercially recognised certificate (e.g. Apple Certified Associate) and/or a tertiary qualification (e.g. diploma or degree in a relevant area of IT)</li> <li>Prior experience with mobile device management, especially of Apple devices in an educational setting</li> <li>Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols</li> <li>An advanced level of expertise in management of ICT functions and technical staff</li> <li>The ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff and students</li> <li>A genuine commitment to supporting a positive and productive learning environment.</li> </ul> <p>For more information including the Job Description and How to Apply please refer to the website&nbsp;<a href="http://www.immanuelps.sa.edu.au/immanuel/people/careers/" rel="nofollow"><u>www.immanuelps.sa.edu.au/immanuel/people/careers/</u></a></p> <p>Applications close on Monday 13th October at 4pm.</p>
