When students and staff feel safe, valued, and included, their sense of belonging grows – positively influencing wellbeing, motivation, and learning outcomes.</p> <p>The <strong>Education Consultant (Primary – Southern Zone)</strong> is a senior leadership role supporting Primary School Principals across the Southern Zone of the Diocese.&nbsp; Working closely with the Deputy Director: Catholic Education and other key leaders, the Education Consultant will help create school environments where children and young people can flourish.</p> <p>Each of the Diocese’s four zones have dedicated Education Consultants and this role joins a committed team serving a system grounded in compassion, service, respect for human dignity, and inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ.</p> <p>Key to the role is fostering a holistic approach to education that integrates faith, wellbeing, and learning.
