The role of the Respectful Relationships Project Coordinator is to coordinate the Consent and Respectful Relationships Project. Teaching about respectful relationships and consent requires planning and explicit teaching to help educators create safe and inclusive learning environments.

<br><strong>About the Role </strong> </p>
<p>Consent and Respectful Relationships Education (CRRE) involves developing students’ skills, attitudes and understanding of respectful, equal and non-violent relationships and gender inequality. Teaching about respectful relationships and consent requires intentional planning and explicit teaching to help educators create safe and inclusive learning environments.</p>
<p>The role of the Respectful Relationships Project Coordinator is to coordinate the Consent and Respectful Relationships Project through the Catholic Identity Team for the duration of the project, while working closely with Teaching & Learning and School & Family Service Teams. <br>

<p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) provides education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). </p>
<p>The Catholic Education Office of CECG provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture. </p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Post graduate Education qualifications.</li>
<li>Teaching experience and experience as a leader in curriculum, pedagogy and/or assessment in primary and secondary settings.</li>
<li>Registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) and NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.</li>
<li>Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) in ACT clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC) in NSW.</li>
<li>Driver’s License.</li>
</ul>

The Catholic Education Office for the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn works in partnership with Catholic schools and families to provide an education based on Christian principles in the Catholic tradition. The Archdiocese spans both the ACT and NSW, stretching from Lake Cargelligo in the west to Crookwell in the north and Eden in the south. There are 56 schools and 8 ELCs in our system, which, through the dedication of more than 2,000 school-based and approx. 115 Catholic Education Office staff, educate in excess of 21,000 girls and boys.
