<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>St Patrick’s College is seeking to employ a permanent part time (0.86 FTE) Administration / Student Services Officer to join our customer centric Front Office team.&nbsp; We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, families and visitors. Working as part of the Front Office team, this role requires someone with a strong team focus and ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and discretion in all interactions. This role would ideally suit someone with experience as a First Aid Officer (or nursing background) as the role will provide valuable expertise in handling ‘on campus’ emergency First Aid to the College’s student and staff population, in addition to an array of administrative and clerical duties.</p> <p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>As an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated&nbsp;individual, you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Previous experience in a First Aid/Nursing and Office Administration</li> <li>Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships</li> <li>A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with young people&nbsp;</li> <li>Enjoy working in a dynamic team orientated environment</li> <li>The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations</li> <li>An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of St Patrick’s College as a Catholic school</li> </ul> <p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.&nbsp; The successful candidate will require satisfactory registrations relevant to child safety.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>St Patrick’s is a Catholic co-educational Year 7-12 college of approximately 1,500 students with a strong academic culture that encourages individual students to develop to their full potential through a broad educational experience.&nbsp; The College is structured&nbsp;into a three school model of learning,&nbsp;incorporating the Middle School (Years 7 and 8), Croagh Patrick (Year 9) and Senior School (Years 10-12).
