This position strengthens the connection between students, their families, and the school community by supporting inclusive cultural practices and educational programs. The Aboriginal Education Worker works closely with school staff, and provides cultural advice and practical support to enhance outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and to build a school environment that respects and celebrates First Nations cultures.
