<p>All Saints Anglican School is a leading independent co-educational school for students from Pre Prep to Year 12, located on 40 hectares of landscaped grounds on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast. Divided into three sub-schools – Junior, Middle, and Senior – the school offers state-of-the-art facilities, and an exciting international program for local and international students. <p>The newly created Vice Principal role, is the Principal’s key leadership partner and the most senior leader across the school’s operational, cultural and strategic domains. Beginning in 2026, the role holds direct responsibility for school-wide coherence in systems, wellbeing, professional learning, and staff development. With a strong focus on alignment, care, and consistency, the Vice Principal enables the Principal to lead strategically while ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the school reflect its values and aspirations. The Vice Principal also supports the delivery of the All Saints Strategic Blueprint 2026+, contributing actively to future-focused initiatives in teaching and learning, staff culture, and cross-school collaboration.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, values-led educational leader with a strong understanding of contemporary schooling and significant senior leadership experience. They will bring high levels of emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the relational presence to lead complex matters with humility and clarity. Experience in leading professional learning and staff development will be highly regarded.</p>
