We think outside the box, embed trauma-informed practices, and create amazing learning experiences for our students.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Among other qualities you should be able to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to motivate, excite and inspire young people, including young people with individual needs</li> <li>Capacity and willingness to program and teach across stage 5 and 6 maths and numeracy</li> <li>A broad understanding of the development, learning styles and educational needs of students in Years 9-12 from a wide range of backgrounds</li> <li>Genuine best practice in quality learning, and teaching and classroom management&nbsp;</li> <li>Be a positive team player with a high level of flexibility and creativity</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and acceptance of the nature of youth culture,&nbsp;with the willingness to develop strong relationships with students, parents and the community</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Graduates and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</p>
