Our mission is to equip students for life through quality education grounded in a Christian worldview.</p> <p>We are seeking a qualified <strong>Teacher Librarian</strong> to manage the College’s <strong>Life Centre</strong> (library) and lead its vision as a dynamic hub for learning, research, and reading engagement. This strategic role combines teaching, team leadership, and resource management across Kindergarten to Year 12.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As the <strong>Life Centre Manager</strong>, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the College’s K–12 library</li> <li>Foster a love of reading and support students’ research and digital literacy skills</li> <li>Manage and promote digital and physical resources in line with curriculum needs</li> <li>Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver co-taught learning sessions</li> <li>Supervise and support a small team (Library Technician + Library Assistant)</li> <li>Contribute to a positive, Christ-focused learning environment</li> </ul> <p>A small teaching load may be allocated, depending on your experience and interests. The role is available <strong>4 or 5 days per week</strong>, depending on your preference.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a committed Christian, passionate about Christian education and library leadership.
