<p>About the Role:</p>
<p>We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team starting Term 3 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on evidence-based teaching practices and cutting-edge technology.</p>

<li><strong>Professional Release Time</strong>: Enjoy 4 hours of dedicated release time each week for planning, preparation, and collaboration.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborative Planning</strong>: Work closely with your colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies through regular, structured collaborative planning sessions.</li>
<li><strong>Innovative Learning Practices</strong>: Engage with the <strong>Science of Learning</strong> framework to deliver impactful, research-informed teaching strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Technology-Enhanced Learning</strong>: Work in a <strong>1:1 technology environment</strong>, integrating technology to enrich student engagement and outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that align with the Australian Curriculum and the school’s Catholic ethos.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that supports all learners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop cohesive teaching plans and share best practices.</li>
<li>Use data and evidence-based practices to inform teaching and improve student outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Selection Criteria:</p>
<ul>
<li>Current NT TRB and Ochre Card(or eligibility to register) .</li>
<li>A commitment to the Catholic faith and a willingness to contribute to the spiritual life of the school.</li>
<li>Proven ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of contemporary educational practices, including the Science of Learning framework.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.</li>
