Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing inclusive programs, in line with the Disability Discrimination Act, Disability Standards for Education, and best practice pedagogy.</p> <p><strong>Expertise in curriculum adaptation and student support planning</strong></p> <p>Extensive experience designing, reviewing, and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Learning Profiles, and curriculum modifications that uphold student dignity, align with curriculum standards, and promote engagement, wellbeing, and academic progress.</p> <p><strong>Highly developed communication and collaboration skills</strong></p> <p>Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, families, and external professionals. Capacity to lead sensitive conversations, advocate for student needs, and navigate complex scenarios with clarity, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset.</p> <p><strong>Strong data literacy and working knowledge of the NCCD process</strong></p> <p>Demonstrated ability to use learning, wellbeing, and engagement data to inform decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, and meet compliance requirements. A thorough understanding of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) framework, including documentation, evidence gathering, and its alignment with the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) and Disability Standards for Education (2005).</p>
