This <strong>part-time, temporary</strong> role is scheduled to commence <strong>Tuesday, 17 June 2025 </strong>as a maternity leave cover. The role involves working three days per week until Monday, 26 January 2026. There is potential for the position to expand to five days per week starting from the 2026 school year. <p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a Publications and Marketing Officer (SSO Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Brigidine College Randwick</strong>'s values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br><br>
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li>
<li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>experience working in administration</li>
<li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li>
<li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li>
<li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li>
<li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li>
<li>excellent written and oral communication</li>
<li>accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li>
<li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li>
