St Anthony’s Primary School is on the lookout for a proactive and friendly Administration Officer to become an essential part of our fast paced front office team.</p>

<p>The person we are looking for will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Represent St Anthony’s as an initial point of contact, fostering strong relationships with students, staff, families and visitors</li>
<li>Foster a positive work environment through collaboration with the administration team, leadership, staff and the school community to achieve common goals, adapt to new ideas, and prioritise team success over individual achievements</li>
<li>Have a proven track record in relevant administrative roles</li>
<li>Maintain a confident and friendly demeanour</li>
<li>Show excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others</li>
<li>Display highly effective social, oral and written communication skills </li>
<li>Protect sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality</li>
<li>Have excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Have experience and proficiency with a broad range of business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Google Suite</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong administrative, time management, and organisational abilities, including the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School.</li>
<li>Be familiar and comply with the all requirements of child safety, policies and legal responsibilities </li>
</ul>
<p>The following are desirable but not mandatory:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a school office</li>
<li>Proficiency with school based software and applications including Synergetic and Compass</li>
<li>Current level 2 First Aid Certificate</li>
</ul>
<p><i>Employment terms and conditions are as per the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 as an Education Support Employee Category B Level 2 with subdivision to be determined based on level of experience. </i></p>
